A correction was made to the seclusion chart we provided in article two of the series, which reported incorrect data for Talbot County.  A data entry error in the spreadsheet used for the calculations lead to our inaccurate reporting.  Talbot in fact had 0 seclusions, which changes Calvert County to number one in the practice
